Okhuysen holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and and Organizational Behavior from Stanford University. His research interests focus on group interactions that predict effectiveness; the contribution of individuals to groups; decision making; change and adaptation in groups; temporal phenomena in organizations; and managerial activity and legitimacy in organizations.
