Third-party presidential candidates

Utah is drawing national attention as polls show third-party presidential candidate Evan McMullin leading Hillary Clinton and Donald J. Trump. Is it possible that Utah’s six electoral votes will, for the first time, go to a candidate who does not belong to either major party? Morgan Lyon Cotti, state program manager for the Hinckley Institute of Politics, is available to discuss what’s happening with the “none of the above” voters and what McMullin’s late surge means for Utah.
