What does human trafficking look like?

Dr. Annie Isabel Fukushima, assistant professor in the College of Social Work and the new School for Cultural and Social Transformation’s Ethic Studies Division, is available to answer questions and correct misconceptions about the complex issue of human trafficking.  Her expertise enables her to place human trafficking activities in Utah into the larger context of trafficking on a national and global scale.  She offers sobering recommendations on small changes Utahns can make to break down the human trafficking industry and alleviate the suffering of men, women and children trapped within this system.
